On December 4, 2017, Timothy publicly accused Melanie of sexual assault on X (formerly known as Twitter).[1] Shortly after Timothy released her statement, Madeleine revealed that she had a similar instance with Melanie. She explained in a tweet that Melanie begged her to have sexual intercourse with her until she consented.[2]
In screenshots from her Instagram messages, Madeleine further explained that Melanie talked for months about hooking up with her. After the night of the intercourse, Melanie began to distance herself from Madeleine until they were no longer friends, which Madeleine explained is what also happened to Timothy.[3]
