"Lost & Found" is an unreleased song by Melanie Martinez. It was intended to be featured on her fourth extended play (EP), After School EP, however, it was later scrapped.
The full song was leaked on October 10, 2021.

The song is about a relationship that is "lost" or didn't work out, and how, eventually, you'll still be able to get up and grow and move on. Though fear holds you back from fully letting go, the key is to try on concentrating on your future and apply the lessons you have learned, and you will be able to find your "found one".
