This photo shoot was intended as a pitch to private investors for Melanie Martinez's film K-12, it was never meant to be released publicly. The entire photo shoot was shot by Emily Soto. The photo shoot happened around April 2017, all being shot in Los Angeles, California.

- A photo from the "Strawberry Shortcake" set was used to advertise the K-12 Tour; it is the only photo from the shoot to be released officially.
- A chalkboard photo was leaked sometime in 2018, and a photo from the "Nurse's Office" set was also leaked sometime in 2018-2019.
- Eliseu Junior went to Los Angeles for the photo shoot on April 11, 2017.[1][2] He's featured on "Detention" and "High School Sweethearts" photos.
- Elita Harkov was present at the photo shoot for the "Wheels on the Bus" and "Teacher's Pet" photos.[3][4]
