- The teaser video was shot at Doe Deere's house.
- This teaser led fans to believe that the song would receive a music video, however, Melanie later confirmed that the song would not receive a music video.
- Fans heard Melanie singing the song at the soundcheck before performing a concert in Belgium; however, she never sang it at the concert.
- Melanie said on Twitter that Gingerbread Man would not be on iTunes because "presents are free".
