Emily Soto is a fashion/beauty photographer. She has done several different photo shoots with Melanie Martinez. Most notably the photoshoot for the Alternative Press magazine front cover.

This photoshoot was intended as a pitch to private investors for Melanie Martinez's film K-12, it was never meant for publication. A photo from the Strawberry Shortcake set was used on a K-12 tour poster, it is the only photo from the shoot to be released officially. The photoshoot happened around April 2017, all being shot in Los Angeles, United States.[1][2][3][4]
