Xenia Vorotova, known professionally as Doe Deere, is a fashion blogger. She is also the founder and former CEO of Lime Crime, as well as the CEO of Poppy Angeloff. She is a good friend of Melanie Martinez. They have created two lipsticks together: the Cry Baby Lipstick and the Teddy Bear Lipstick.

Doe Deere is the founder, CEO, and owner of Lime Crime makeup. Doe Deere was born in Russia, and grew up in New York City. She launched Lime Crime in 2008, after she was unable to find makeup bright enough to match the clothes that she was sewing and selling on Ebay at the time. In 2009, Lime Crime launched their Unicorn Lipsticks, making them the first to introduce distinct and radical lip colors to the market. The first Velvetines followed in 2012, and lead the way in the hugely popular liquid to matte lipstick trend. All of Lime Crime's products have been cruelty-free since its inception in 2008. While many of the products were also vegan from the very beginning, in 2012 Lime Crime reformulated the rest to meet vegan standards. As the owner and CEO of Lime Crime, Doe oversees all product development, and does so with her Unicorns in mind, who are her biggest source of inspiration! Doe Deere is a highly regarded influencer in the beauty community because she refused to quit her daydream, and encourages other aspiring female entrepreneurs to do the same.
As of 2018, Doe no longer owns Lime Crime, however, she is a member of the company's Board of Directors.
