Chloe Tersigni is an artist that made the illustrations for the Cry Baby story book. She was originally a fan of Melanie Martinez and often did fan art for her. Melanie loved her artwork so much that she hired her to illustrate the drawings imagined by Melanie for the Cry Baby album story book.

Shortly after Timothy Heller released her sexual assault accusations against Melanie, Chloe unfollowed Melanie and deleted all of her Instagram posts related to her.[citation needed] When a fan commented on Chloe Instagram post asking other fans to stop mentioning Melanie on Chloe's posts, she responded:
"To be fair I haven't been in contact with her in over a year and a half, since the extra clutter ep, so I didn't really consider us friends anymore, I suppose it was more of a professional relationship in the end." - Chloe in an Instagram comment.[2]
