Chloe Tersigni is an artist that made the illustrations for the Cry Baby story book. She was originally a fan of Melanie Martinez and often did fan art for her. Melanie loved her artwork so much that she asked her to make the drawings for the Cry Baby album story book.
Melanie and Chloe went their separate ways after Cry Baby, and Chloe has since deleted all posts on her Instagram related to Melanie.
