On April 7, 2015, Melanie posted a photo on Instagram under this caption, mostly likely teasing lyrics from the song. However, the post is now deleted.
Melanie confirmed during a Tumblr Q&A from July 27, 2015, that she considered "Animal Crackers" to be one of the titles for her debut album before it was released as Cry Baby.[1]
