A project file is basically behind the scenes/the making of a song, the 99c store project file has 90 files of her singing it and figuring out a melody, hidden vocals, etc. In short, a project file is a big folder including the studio sessions from the song
The “demo” that leaked was made using the project file, since the project file includes unused vocals etc

I dont think its finished yet. most of the leaks are unfinished and short and were confirmed not to have any other finished versions with screenshots of kinetics & one love’s files to prove it. all the leaks are produced by kinetics & one love and melanie hasnt said that shes worked with any other producers. in her cry baby era she often said shes in the studio with different producers, but shes only talked about working with kinetics & one love and NO one else. taking this in to account, its not finished- unless shes worked with other producers and not publicly announced it
