In short, he's a problematic leaker. He used to be staff on the wiki in 2018 (I believe) and then got fired due to breaking regulations. Since then, he has created over 50 new accounts to try and come back. But of course, we don't allow users to evade bans. He probably has an active alt account right now, to be honest...
